My unique promo code is not working, what can I do?
Single-use promo codes require you to create a PrecisionOptique.com account, this helps us track usage and ensures we continue to offer the best deals possible in the future. If you do not wish to create an account, please feel free to contact one of our sales representatives who will be able to apply the discount to your order via email .
-
How can I contact you?
You can contact us by email . For more information on how to contact us, see our Contact Us page.
-
Does PrecisonOptique ship internationally?
Yes, however, most of the products we sell are governed by federal export regulations. For a better understanding of our export policy contact our sales team by email at contact@precisonoptique.com
-
If I place my order today, will it ship today?
If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM, the order should be shipped that day. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 4:00 PM should be shipped the next business day.
-
Why do I have to pay in full for an item that is out of stock on the site?
In most cases, out-of-stock items are not in stock due to high demand. Because our customers want their allocation (their place in the queue) to be reserved, we accept payment: this way, someone who doesn't want to commit can't reserve an allocation before someone who does.
-
How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item is in stock, there will be no notification that it is out of stock. If an item is out of stock, a notification will be indicated below the price. If you are looking for more information on the stock level of an item or our latest information on when an item might arrive on our shelves, do not hesitate to send us an email at contact@precisionoptique.com .
-
Why do failed web orders not hold stock?
We do not hold or reserve stock for any reason unless the items have been paid for in full or a 20% deposit has been placed on them. This applies to web orders that have failed due to incorrect payment information, mismatches (address), refusals and other payment failures. We understand that this can be frustrating, but we are committed to providing a fair shopping experience for all our customers.
-
What can I buy with my PayPal account?
If the item you are considering purchasing is not restricted by PayPal, you will be given the option to use their service in your shopping cart.
-
I run a filming blog/YouTube channel, does PrecisionOptique send products for testing and evaluation?
Negative. We do however have all sorts of other arrangements that might appeal to you, including competitive affiliate marketing commissions (click here) and other arrangements. Email us at contact@precisionoptique.com if you have any questions.
-
The item I bought at full price in the last few days has just been reduced, can I get a refund for the difference?
This is always an unfortunate situation, contact us and we will do our best to find a solution with you!
-
Why don't some of your articles have photos?
We strive to accurately represent all of the products we sell, both in our product descriptions and in our product photos. If we do not have a photo of a product, it is because we feel that no available photos meet our standards for representing the product. Additionally, sometimes products are so new that we are unable to take photos of them yet.
-
Is the product I am purchasing shown in the actual photo?
Generally yes.

If I don’t purchase shipping insurance, does that mean I lose out if the package gets lost? No, not at all. It is our responsibility to get the package to your door. However, we have found that the majority of shipping discrepancies happen after the package has arrived, and the end result of how this situation can be handled could be very different. So, we decided to offer this option as a way to improve the customer experience and to reduce the likelihood of something happening. For starters, you can expect shipments covered by this offer to have enhanced delivery confirmation, and you can also expect replacement shipments in the event that a shipment gets lost before it reaches you. This also ensures that we will never ship an insured shipment via a low-cost shipping method. Where it gets a little ambiguous, and where we have the majority of shipping issues, is when a package arrives at its destination (delivery confirmation is successful) but the recipient still claims the package is lost - in this case, this insurance option ensures that we investigate as thoroughly as possible and make a decision based on that. In the case of a package being uninsured after delivery confirmation but not being delivered, we are obligated to consider that our obligation has been fulfilled. Please note that orders shipped directly must use the Precision Optics Shipping Insurance Program to receive compensation in the event that a package is not delivered/lost in transit. In the event that the intended recipient of a package claims not to have received the item, but available GPS data or other proof of delivery from the shipping company proves that the item was delivered, it is the responsibility of the entity that placed the item to refund or replace that package. Otherwise, PrecisonOptique is not responsible for “lost” orders with delivery confirmation. In both cases, we will do our best to never leave you behind. This is an optional but recommended offer, and if it doesn’t work for you – or you feel it’s not necessary – you are under absolutely no obligation to pay extra for it.

I have a PrecisionOptique Gift Card, how do I use it?
Due to multiple instances of fraud and abuse, all promotional gift cards issued prior to January 1, 2021 are considered null and void. If you believe you may be experiencing a special circumstance, please email us. Note: All PrecisionOptique gift certificates will continue to be honored.
- Why am I not able to pay by credit/debit card? Due to several cases of fraud and illegitimate chargebacks, we have disabled credit/debit payment methods for very expensive thermal and night vision optics for new customers only . PayPal payments are still available for these website orders.

What are the terms and conditions for submitting an article?
Deposits for special orders and/or custom items are non-refundable after inventory is received by PrecisionOptique. Deposit refunds for special orders and/or custom items that have not been received by PrecisionOptique are based on the manufacturer's cancellation policy. If we are unable to cancel the order, the deposit is non-refundable. Deposit refunds for regularly stocked items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
